Ftira Maltija
The Ftira is a rustic, ring-shaped flatbread baked to achieve a soft interior and crisp exterior. At Ta’ Ċiċivetta Farm, it is traditionally prepared and served with fresh, farm-grown ingredients, including ripe tomatoes, local olive oil, herbs, and other seasonal produce, creating a simple yet flavourful farm-to-table experience.
